If you are not 100% satisfied with any product that you purchased from Cigarbutts, Inc. you may return it in original condition within 20 days of purchase for full credit or refund. Cigars may only be returned if the packaging is intact and sealed. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please inspect products upon delivery. Any defects or damages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery date. Personalized merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Dated items cannot be returned or exchanged after event date regardless if they are defective or damaged, as Cigarbutts Inc. cannot be responsible for the use of the merchandise.

Directions for Returns:
Please call or email our Customer Care Department and explain your concerns with the product and be guided by our agent with the return policies and procedures for receiving a refund.

General Shipping:
Most of our products are shipped VIA UPS. We usually ship our products out the same day if the order is placed by 12 noon. All others will be shipped out the next business day (Unless we contact you if there will be a delay ie.backordered). You will receive a tracking number in your email as soon as the product is shipped. All large cabinet humidors are shipped VIA private carrier. The "Heavyweight Carrier" option must be selected as the only means of shipping any oversized items during checkout. Some of our products may be shipped separately. Cigars and Personalized Gifts are usually shipped separately from our Humidors and may arrive on different days. All shipping charges are subject to change. This means that charges may be less than calculated for some of the larger cabinets depending on the location of delivery. If any shipping charges are higher than stated during checkout, a customer care representative will contact you prior to delivery for approval. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your shipment, you wish to get an exact estimate of delivery charges for an oversized item, or you did not receive a tracking number within 3-5 business days contact us at: info@cigarbutts.com.

Rules of Engraving:
Engraving Information - Items will be engraved exactly as requested including upper and lower case letters. Please enter and review your personalization carefully. We will personalize your gift exactly as you enter the text. Please note, all dates are engraved using hyphens (example: 10-6-2007). Here are some guidelines for personalization: Enter personalization as you would like it to appear with capital letters, lower case letters, numbers, punctuation and characters such as &, @, or *. Do not type in all capital letters or all lower case letters unless that is how you want the item to appear. We are unable to reproduce international characters (characters with accents marks, umlauts, etc.). Please enter only characters that appear on standard American keyboards. If you want a product personalized with an "s" or " īs ", please enter it as part of your personalization. ( Please refer to the product image for a sample of the personalization font and style.) To order more than one item, change the quantity on the shopping basket page and add your personalization in the "Engraving Information" field at the bottom of the checkout cart. If you are requesting multiple lines of engraving, please label each line (example: Line 1 - John.....Line 2 - 7-15-2006). If we are uncertain as to your intentions, we will contact you for clarification before we process your order.

Shipping for Personalized items - Engraved gift orders will ship within 2-3 business days. Candles and favors will ship in 4-5 business days.

Other Products - Please refer to the product descriptions for specific details of what each product can accomodate for engraving.

Font Styles - We personalize each gift with the font as it is pictured. You will notice font styles do vary from product to product. This cannot be changed. We can only personalize your gift with the font pictured.

Monograms - If you would like a Monogram, please specify "Monogram Font" and provide the initials in this order: First, Last, Middle. If MONOGRAM font is requested we will do MONOGRAM font as you have entered it. We will not change the order of the entered information. MONOGRAM FONT WILL COME with the middle letter larger than the other letters chosen: AGJ (Typically the middle initial is the last name, monogram = FIRST LAST MIDDLE initials). You will be prompted for this during the check out process at the section titled "Engraving Information"

If you need to clarify your engraving intentions, please do so in the "Comments" field. This box will be revealed during the check out process.
